CHECK YOUR WATCH, WHAT TIME IS IT REALLY

I woke up this morning and got ready for work and while I was there, all of the deadlines I needed to meet were met. When I arrived home my family were in their right mind and I was able to prepare dinner for them. That night while in my comfortable bed I felt like I was forgetting something. Goodness, it seems like the day is almost over and I have forgotten to pray? Now, lets rewind and think about what just happened.

God allowed me to wake up this morning, He allowed me to have a job where I was able to meet my deadlines and He made sure that when I got home my family was fine. God also made sure that I had food on the table and a bed to lay my head and yet, I forgot to give Him the praise all day.

Time is ticking--Tick, tock, tick, tock what time is it? It is time for us to stop leaving God out of our daily routine. It is time that we keep Him at the center of our lives and it is time to stop thinking that things happen just because we feel we have revealed good behavior. God is always around. We may abandon God but God never abandon us. Psalm 121:2 says, “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.”

God controls the universe. When your eating, drinking, working, playing, speaking, or writing is no longer for the glory of God, you should stop it immediately, because when you no longer live for the glory of God, you begin to live for your own glory. Then you separate yourself from God and do yourself harm. God can take away everything that you cherish with the blink of an eye and that is why we must thank Him in the morning, thank Him in the night and thank Him before we go to bed because He has been so good to us. Anytime He wakes you up in the morning you should give Him the praise. Check your watch to see that your time is now. Stop waiting to give God the glory because tomorrow is not promised to any of us.

May God Bless And Keep You,
