JEFF MAJORS, SACRED MAJORS 7TH
| Album cover for 'Sacred Major 7th.' |
The number seven in the Bible possesses great power and harp stylist, Jeff Majors understands the significance of the number. In fact, he decided to title his latest album, Sacred Major 7th. This album is the best yet to follow from this well-known artist. He delivers sensational instrumentals with popular vocal collaborations. Recorded in Gamble and Huff studios, the project is a show stopper for any gathering. The album is very touching.
A favorite on the project is the song “Beggar” which was one of the last recordings by the late Gerald Levert. It talks about a beggar who used to be a Physic professor from Howard University. Majors describe the encounter very clearly. The man lost everything at the blink of an eye. This encounter propelled Majors to start a National Homeless Tour on last year and currently the tour is traveling worldwide.
Other songs include “Psalm 23”, “Latin Praise”, and “Child of the Most High”. “We Shall Overcome” and “God’s Gift.” Talk about encouraging words, these songs are very uplifting. The melodies are smooth and soothing.
So if you are looking for something that will relax you and something that is filled with touching ballads, this is the album for you. Fans of Jeff Majors, this album is made just for you.
