FREE MATHEMATICS TUTORING!

Is your child having difficulty in their mathematics class?  Are they not performing very well on the mathematics portion of the TAKS test?  If so, by them attending one of the schools listed below, under the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB),  your child could be eligible to receive tutoring in mathematics from Mathnasium Learning Center at no charge to you!

Mathnasium is a learning center where children go before or after school to boost their math skills.  Our goal is to significantly increase your child’s math skills, understanding of math concepts, and overall school performance, while building confidence and forging a positive attitude toward mathematics.  As the TAKS test approaches, our instructors will be prepared to use appropriate instructional materials to help your child to be more successful on the test.

These “mathematics workout sessions” will be held at selected sites on Monday through Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.  Students are expected to attend mathematics workouts for at least two to three hours per week.  Snacks and attendance incentives will also be provided!

To sign up, all you need to do is to complete and return the Parent Selection form that you received in the mail from you child’s school.  Don’t miss this opportunity to get additional assistance in mathematics for your child.  There is no cost to you, so don’t delay, sign up now!

If you are interested in bringing the Mathnasium tutoring program to your Church or recreation center, please call!  We are in the process of selecting sites around the D/FW area.
