Whether you are a 1st time home buyer, a retail buyer, a seller, seeking to buy a second home, resort property or an investor, this market is for you.  Good deals are just waiting for you.   Take advantage of it and buy or sell or invest in real estate today.  Resort communities are also offering many incentives to today’s second home buyer(s).  Bargains are all over the place.

1st time home buyers can still take advantage of the $8000 tax credit until Dec. 1st, 2009.  Ask your Realtor.  Sellers are also motivated to help the buyer with a part of their closing costs.  

Today, we Realtors are giving our clients the best service and our full attention.  We more knowledgeable about the housing market, referring the buyer to several loan officers, so the buyer can choose which he/she will work with. We are also assist the buyer with information such as buying versus renting and a CMA (comparative market analysis), explaining to the buyer the dollars being spent in a specific subdivision, the competition on the market and the dollars that were past spent. This helps the buyer make a wiser choice with their home purchase.   The same goes for the sellers, we give our sellers more than enough data about today’s market with the CMA and the necessity of pricing their listing competively to sell.

Realtors are more aware of the different types of homes for sale on the market today.  A Short-Sale, HUD home, a retail sale, an investor property or a lease purchase.  These are a few ways to buy, sell and invest in real estate today.
