THE  “LOVE”   OF A   MOTHER

The love of a Mother is like no other

Obviously, only here on Earth, I must confess,

For the Love of God is in a class all by itself.

A mothers’ love is not to be taken for granted,

Because it is pure and heartfelt, not slanted.

When a woman becomes a mother, her life takes on new meaning,

She is now responsible for new life, she    is    beaming.

She receives God’s Gift with pleasure and pain,

For she knows what’s in store is a lifetime of gain.

A good mother places God first, her husband second and her children third,

And you never have to wonder which one is going to be served.

She is careful to allow it to be as it should be,

Fall to her knees, stand by her man and guide kids to destiny.

A good mother is caring,

But not overbearing.

She is a friend,

But a mother to the end.

A mother is a mother for life

She works hard so there is no strife.

A mothers’ love remains in tact,

No matter how her children act,

She looks beyond the current behavior,

Because she serves a Risen Savior.

She raises her children in the way they should go,

They will not depart from it, this we all know.

She supports them until they can support themselves,

She expects them to excel as their time with her expels.

God bless mothers all over the World,

He gave this job to just us girls.

He gave us wisdom to do our best,

And the good sense to know, He’ll do the rest!
